5. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Tiers

5.2 Payment Processing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE EDUCATIONAL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL RESULTS, GRADE IMPROVEMENTS, OR LEARNING OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOME TUTOR AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Educational outcomes or lack thereof

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
